Hi, im 20 years of age, male, I have constant pain on my neck and shoulder to the right rise (radiculopathy), my general practitioner says it's pain from shingles, it could be phn, i've been taking acyclovir (200 mg 4 times a day) and pregabalin (150 mg at night daily), I first got treatment in january and took the medication for 2 weeks and the pain went away, the pain started again last month, I have been taking the same medication as before with the same dosages but the pain hasn't gone away.

hv u any rashes or blister on skin,if its persent thn its pain from shingles otherwise its problem from cervical or muscular tightness. can counslt privetly.
