Last night I sudden wake up at midnight with fear thought any stranger in house after waking up I immediately running to check all doors, then suddenly I feel dizziness and also feel racing heartbeat is this dizziness is serious or test required to rule out any problem although I never had this problem before. Age: 22 weight: 80 kg.
