Hello sir there is a pain in right side of abdomen till the back and upward in right side till chest and I always feel like acid refluxing from that side and I feel like vomiting but whenever I masturbate I feel relax little bit and and there is alter in smell also so that smell is because if hiatus hernia or something else do I need to undergo for treatment or surgery please advice and always my attention goes there and it start paining.
