Hello continue your vitamin supplements which you have been taking for a month. Have vitamin c rich foods like oranges, lemon,guava etc. Eat plenty of green leafy vegetables and fruits. Keep yourself rehydrated by having plenty of water and ors. Include protein rich food in your diet if you are nonveg like boiled egg, chicken, fish have milk with turmeric avoid oily food and consume less sugar. Avoid packaged food from outside.

Start your mrng with a glass of milk and a handfull of dry nuts or soaked almonds. Then you cn add whole pulses in your brealfast such as sprouts or cheela. In d lunch you shud include atleast a bowl of green veggies plus some salad along with chapati. In d early evng you cn hv a plate of fruits. In d dnr add a bowl of dal soup.
