Take only the recommended dose of vitamin d. Consume fish, mushrooms, beef liver, cheese, egg yolk, codliver oil. Daily exposure to sunlight for 30 min is essential. Excessive vit d supplimentation may caus3s toxicity. Hope this answer helps u.
