Hi, your doctor is mostly right. Pain killers at times trigger asthma and they are best avoided unless absolutely necessary. Should you at all need to take a pain killer, its better to go for mild and safe ones that do not exacerbate allergies/ asthma. Ya its very right, not only for asthma but also for kidney health avoid frequent n regular pain killer. Use only when its must. Ginger n turmeric are having good pain killer property try these herbs. For frequent headache almonds also do good. Have green tea one cup daily which contains natural antioxidant s n will alleviate if symptoms of arthritis are there.
