I am a 17 year old male and since a young age I have been physically unable to feel hunger. I think it probably has to do with when I was switching to hard food when the doctor suggested for my parent to only give me hard food so I would eat it when I got hungry but instead I did not eat for a week until my parents gave up. I was hoping for some potential insight why this happened.
