2 years back I could see white thing getting deposited on my tongue and I thought it would clear out with time, I waited one year, nothing happened, I developed strong bad breath and I visited 4 doctors, but they couldn't help. Now I do not know why but I have started developing some other problems also. Like hair fall, strong disorder from stools and sweat, dizziness. I am really worried of hair fall now. My hair is thinning and I am 17 years old. Please help me.
