My wife has 6 weeks pregnant. I have given mifegest kit to her 2 days before. After 48 hours give 2 tab misoprostol then she feel bleeding and cramp within 1 hour and pass some clots and some round shape structure of size 12 to 15 mm. After 12 hour I have also given 2 nd dose of 2 misoprostol tablet orally. She has also feeling cramp and bleeding. Till now total 3 pad changes within 15 hours of after given misoprostol. Now can I continue any antibiotic or not if yes please provide details of any medicine to be use. Now wat to do. Is complete abortion done or not. Wat to care I have to do now. Or I have to continue any medicine further .pls suggest me in details.

You have taken the wrong dose of misoprostol. Should have consulted a doctor before. I would advise to get a scan done after 1 week of bleeding to ensure its complete abortion. If she has heavy bleeding in this period then reach hospital asap.

Since it's difficult to get an ultrasound now, a urine pregnancy test can be repeated. If it's positive even if faintly, the misoprostol dose needs to be repeated. If negative take cifran ct 1 tablet twice after food for 5 days. Avoid conception for 3 months after this.
