I am 20 years old. My height is 5'8. And body weight is just 45 kgs. I am facing excessive hunger from past one year. I need food every 4 hours. If I don't eat food every 4 hours then I feel no energy in body. When I woke up from bed that time also have strong craving for food.

Dinner take protein & complex carbs (e.g roti with paneer or dal or eggs or nv) so that you will feel full until next day morning.
