I'm suffering from fever, head ache and to much cough. I have taken paracetamol and asthakind-dx cough syrup but there is no improvement in my body. Please suggest any test or medicine especially for cough.

Greetings! fever should be evaluated properly as this pandemic is rising at a fast pace. Get complete blood count done along with routine blood and urine tests. If you are taking a cough syrup, then I guess you are having bouts of cough too. It is also advisable to get a chest xray done at the earliest.
