Assalam o alaikum, sir my Ms. is she is 22 years old, she has no any mental issue, she feels pain crawling from the right near elbow goes to back of head like heart beat low and high, low and high crawling (from near right hand elbow to back side of head. Please suggest me anything, and she feels this pain slow all day but when she eats something she vomits because pain increase she feels panic in stomach and vomits, she feels high pain (mentioned above and panic both) and vomits then feels some relax but this feeling donesnt end after vomits, please guide me.
