Hi doctors I have a tight lump under my left nipple since 2 weeks it's painful too when I press it I went to general physician he recommend me to take cefuroxime 500 I am taking it since 2 days but no benefit. What medication should I go for? Ps:- I had this two years before also I took letrozole 2.5 mg and temoxifine 20 mg a day and it was gone please help me.
