Hello, Thanks for the query. I have seen the query. The details given are too general. As I understand your mother of 67 years has diabetes for 13 years. She was well controlled , but now she is not having proper control due to ( according to you) a ban on certain combination. First of all the three drug combination brands are still there. Secondly there is no mention about her earlier of current glucose levels (Fasting & PP) as well as HbA1c%. No mention about dietary pattern, weight, height or extent of daily exercise and other vital details like serum creatinine and urea. Plus I am not aware what is "good control". So please come back with all the vital information so that I can guide specifically. Knowing every details is essential for guiding a patient. Thanks.
