Severe heel pain, foot swelling and weight gain. Serum creatine is normal. Serum albumin in 5.14 taking thyronorm 75, febuxostat and amlodipine for hypertension. Doctor advised to check serum protein and calcium. Seeking your valuable suggestion.

Your albumin appears to be in normal range. Heart diseases and amlodipine can also cause cause swelling in foot. Now coming to your heel pain, I would like to know about the time timing of heel pain, whether in morning or evening, any inciting factors?

Have you got serum uric acid levels checked if not please get it done. You may also need to get an mri done to find out about retrocalcaneal bursitis which is a common complaint leading to ankle and heel pain.
