Hello! I am struggling with tiredness all day, despite getting at least 8h of sleep. I am taking vitamin supplements, I drink enough water, my diet is not horrible but not great either, im trying to improve it. I noticed my tiredness 2 weeks ago and ever since I noticed it, I am feeling so tired and sleepy during the day, I yawn a lot and just feel unmotivated to do anything, wishing to have more energy. I do not think it could be sleep apnea because I do not snore and I never woke up unable to breathe. I am 20 years old. For vitamins, I take one supplement that has a, b1, b2, b6, b12, d, e, calcium, iron, another one for d3, and another one that has some of those and magnesium. I am so afraid of bloodwork because I always faint and feel sick. Can you tell me what things I could do? Or what could it be that causes my tiredness?
