I feel I have gynecomastia and size is getting bigger. Feels awkward and bulky while running or travelling. I feel like having lumps like substance behind or under nipple area. Once suggested by a doctor to massage it so the lump get diminish and also asked to do mammogram. Have not done any medical tests for this. How can I proceed for the treatment or solution of it. I.
