Dear user, due to the cold, digestion happens faster so you become hungry faster. In the mornings when you go for a walk, due to a low blood sugar you feel weak and have mild dizziness also. I would suggest you to drink a glass of electrolyte juice and also carry the same with you. If you are under any medication for the thyroid also, it could be a cause of the high metabolism. Keep you walk for a maximum of 30-40 mins and avoid over exerting yourself. If you found my answer helpful, please leave a positive feedback as it helps me with my practice. Thank you.
