Day before yesterday night I was showing symptoms of malaria I was shivering then got high fever then after few hours it all went away and just headache and tiredness seems to remain so yesterday night I took some paracetamol tablets to deal with the headache and when morning come it is gone and I am back to normal. Should I visit a doctor or is it ok.

Dear user, there are many causes for fever and does not always mean malaria. If you have an evening rise in temperature again or if it is present at a certain period of time everyday, then it is better you visit a hospital for blood tests to determine the organism.
