I am suffering from urine infection. Now on medication of niftran and Augmentin625 duo from 2 days. Sonography reports says that I have mild scarring in mid part of my right kidney rest everything is normal. Urinary bladder is normal, prevoid volume is 121cc (patient could not hold further). Postvoid residue is 7cc (not significant). My complete blood count report says my: hemoglobin is 11.6 RBC count 5.19 Packed cells volume 37.2 Mean cell volume 71.7 Mean cell hemoglobin 22.4 Mean cell Hb concentration 31.2 Red cell distribution width 17.0 Total WBC Count 7700 Differential count: Neutrophils 68.9 Lymphocytes 16.9 eosinophilia 2.8 Monocytes 11.4 Basophils 0 Platelet count 216000 Morphological evaluation RBC morphology: Hypochromia+, Microcytosis+, Anisocytosis+, Poikilocytosis+ Please guide me what should I do to recover from this condition. Is anything serious, what type of medication is required. please help.
