I am on insert 200 mg a day for anxiety disorders. I have been prescribed to also take zapiz tablet for anxiety. Will taking both these medicines together increase my weight or no? Will I have weight gain if I have both of these medications?

Insert, is sertraline an ssri used for treating anxiety and depression. Yes it can cause weight gain. This can be managed by dietary and other measures, which you can discuss with your treating psychiatrist. Zapiz, clonazepam is a shirt acting anxiolytic, helps in anxiety, but better avoided fir continuous usage. They can be combined. Good luck.
