I am facing challenges on, a. Post pregnancy weight loss is a major challenge - we have two kids of 6.5 years and 3.5 yrs. B. Hair loss c. Stress on professional front (too much work, prolonged working hours), leading to irritation and emotionally pulling me down and draining d. Complete loss of interest in sex (no pressure from my husband) diagnosed with vitamin d, b12 and hemoglobin deficiency and currently taking b12 injections (1 per week for 8 weeks), nurovit capsules (daily basis) and bon dk shot (1 per week for 8 weeks). I am also working out for 45 mins on a daily basis for 5 days a week. Need help in stress reduction, improve focus, lose weight and have a healthy sex life.
