If walking makes you tired and you have a feeling of vertigo and back head heaviness only during these times it may be related to a physical abnormality. An imaging study like mri of the cranium and cervical region is needed. The symptoms you describe are also not elaborate enough for us to give you a diagnosis or management. Therefore we look forward to hearing from you. Dear Ning, No doctor can prescribe medicines without assessing you in detail. Doctor usually take the history from patient and relatives, examine her/him both physically and psychologically to come to a diagnosis. Later they follow the practice guidelines for each diagnosis. For generalised anxiety disorder Zapiz is used only for few weeks to help you to work on non medical methods of managing anxiety.

Consult a neurologist for vertigo. I would opt further for an eeg, mri+mra. (may also need an ent opinion.) caution is needed before attributing all forthcoming symptoms to a single psychiatric condition. If neurological disorders are ruled out then you can review with a psychiatrist. Best of luck. (neuro conditions may be fatal)
