I got firstly back pain in april 20. With back pain got breathing problem. Ultrasound normal chest x ray normal. cholesterol and bad cholesterol high 300 and 150 respectively. Ate novastat a month. For backpain doctor advised ect plus. Some doctor advised montelukast earlier. I am getting relief after taking ect plus. But not curing. Mri also done of back all normal except disc bulge at lower portion but I am having back pain in upper back. What is the disease. Please recommend any test or medicine which can cure both back pain and breathing trouble. I am also unable to do heavy work getting shortage of breathing .this problem is approx 7 months. All blood test normal except cholesterol ecg normal. Any alternate of medicine ect plus or any higher dose of ect plus. please advise.

Below are exercises that strengthen the lower back and help manage lower back pain: 1. Bridges?lie on the ground and bend the knees, placing the feet flat on the floor hip-width apart. Press the feet into the floor, keeping the arms by the sides. Raise the buttocks off the ground until the body forms a straight line from the shoulders to the knees. Keep the head straight and look at the floor to avoid neck injury. Stretch the hands and feet outward as far as possible. Hold the position for 2 seconds. Return to the starting position.
