Hello sir/madam. My elder brother's daughter is 11 months old and she doesn't urinate as often. She urinates like two times a day. And in the night she does not pee. If we try to drink her water she spit it out. And her mother's ability to give her milk is less than normal mothers. Please kindly help us what should we do?
