Hi, I am 32 unmarried woman. 2 months ago I ate one fig daily soaked in water and drank the overnight water. I never had any constipation problem before. After few days I started feeling difficulty in passing stools and I had to apply pressure to clear. After few days I got some itching sensation in the anal area & I saw 1 ml blood coming out. On 15th september I took vaidrushi arshkalp 3 tablets early morning for 3 days. & I got complete relief from pain and fissure. Now after a month, yesterday I observed blood spots on my panty. Now I don't have constipation, also soft stool, but I feel scared to poop as it hits pain in anus. I drink adequate amount of water and go for walk for 40 minutes also see a pimple sort of painless stuff near my anus. Am I at risk? Will it cure automatically or again should I take arshkalp tablets?

Dear user, you have a hemorrhoid which has come because of the straining while passing stools as mentioned. The bleeding was because the hemorrhoid ruptured, which is again due to straining. And as of now you have a single hemorrhoid which will resolve in a few weeks as long as you don't strain while passing stools. This straining can be reduced by reducing constipation. Add more fibre to your diet and drink plenty of water. Avoid breads and maida based items as they cause constipation. Try to be active for atleast 20-10 mins as it helps by easing your bowel movement. Do a sitz bath atleast 3-4 times a day as it will relieve the pain. The area has to be kept clean and hygienic. The hemorrhoid will resolve on its own in a couple of weeks. If you found my answer helpful, please leave a like/ thanks. Thank you.
