I have sensing same bad smell for everything like food or anything for a week. So I used metaspray 2 puffs twice daily and cognix plus and neurobaplus for 15 days. Now my smell improved. My ct scan of paranasal sinuses -plain impression: no evidence of sinusitis. Mild to moderate deviation of nasal septum to right. **bilateral moderate inferior turbinate hypertrophy.* is scan report normal or do I need to continue same tabs and metaspray 2 puff twice daily? Or no need of tabs it recover naturally? Do I really need medicines for above or it recover naturally? Because I am becoming weak because of using so many medicines mentioned below in note. Note: I have hypothyroid using 75 mg daily and also using 1 tension tab and 1 tab serocare sertraline tab.
