I am a diabetic for 25 years and am on Actrapid 10 units before breakfast, 10 units before lunch, 10units before dinner followed by 10 units of Lantus at bedtime. Can I get rid of the frequent insulin jabs and revert to oral tablets? My sugar is under control only with these heavy doses of insulin. Please suggest.
