As directed by previous doctors of (Lybrate) I have taken insulin human mixtard of 15 units and metformin 500 mg, glypride 2 mg and the result in pp sugar level was 311. 8 units insulin before dinner and further lantus injection 20 units at 10 pm. My fasting sugar is 185. Please suggest.

Sir your sugar level is not under control as you are young we can try reversing your diabetes by putting you on tablets which will preserve your beta cell function injectiong insulin will not help if you are type 2 diabetic your medicines should be modified for better sugar control.
