My daughter is 9.6 years, she is 46 kg. I feel like her weight is increasing fast. In march she was 42. Due to no physical activity now I have enrolled her for yoga classes which is 5 days in a week for 1 hour and zumba classes which is 3 days/week. Its a month now she has been doing these. But I notice a weight gain of 1.5 kg in last one month, for which I am worried. She doesn't eat any vegetables and for lunch I give her brown rice, dal. Her meal includes brown rice, roti, parathas, pan cakes, idli, doses and sandwiches. Milk is given with chocolate horlicks. She has been eating home made bread items frequently during these time which I have stopped from last 2 weeks. Please suggest what can be done for the weight gain issue.
