I am a 22 year old female. I usually have constipation plus I also have a tag along my anal area. The problem is I have anal fissures and bleeding in stool since past 3 weeks. I am taking duphalac syrup and diazepam gel 2% for it but my condition have not improved. Im also having difficulty in passing stool and have not defecated in 2 days. Im really worried.
