Hello doctor I am 20 years old boy. I at random monitored my blood sugar by device Dr. Morepen bg03 and it was 164 mg/dl this was after having lunch of 1 roti and some rice with masoor daal around 1.5 hours after the meal was taken. I am not obese though I have got little fat accumulated during lockdown do I need to worry about my glucose level? What should I do and yes I do fasted running 1 km and walking 2 km in morning since 1 month please suggest me ways to burn fats and tell me if my blood sugar level is normal or not?

Hello do fasting sugar and send reports. Do aerobics. Boost your intake of vegetables and fresh fruit. Eat more low-fat dairy products and beans. Eat whole grains. Eat fish, poultry, and lean meat instead of fatty red meat or processed meat. Reduce the amount of sweets you have.
