After having weightlifting exercise I am suffering from chronic backpain. What should I do?

First of all weight lifting should be done under the guidance of a professional trainer. May be because of excessive training you are having back pain. I would recommend you to take rest and don't give pressure on your back, it will heal with time.

Try to avoid weight lifting for few days. Till your pain completely subsides. Another important thing, try to decrease your weight of ring. Apply luke warm mustard oil and mix garlic in it. Massage over affected area. Do not use move and spray.
