you should take,seabuckthrone juice and arjun chhal juice.along with this reduce the intake of salt and use rock salt only.drink lemon and coconut water daily,eat plenty of fruits and salad and green vegetable.limit your pulses and animal protein. walk on grass bare foot.yoga and pranayam are mandatory.
