Hello, I was reading health tips online and found out that different variety of vegetables offer, right proportions of sodium, potassium and phosphorus in milligrams to avoid kidney problems at a later stage. So, can someone take sodium, potassium and phosphorous chemicals, mix them in water and consume them? What is the difference between digesting them from vegetables and drinking clinical chemicals?

No you can't and don't do this. If you have kidney problems then avoid to sodium potassium and phosphorus rich foods. If not then take all types of food including vegetables and fruits.
