Whenever I workout, I start feeling dizzy whole day. Whenever I get up from lying position, I get dizzy, or a blackout. Do I need to increase my diet? The dizziness is under control if I don't exercise.

Do you exercise empty stomach. What you eat just before n after exercise. Take any seasonal fruit 15-20 mins before starting exercises. And take a banana n whey protein within 10 mins of finishing your exercises. For details consult online.

When you get up from lying position, the blood vessels in your body need to clamp down rapidly to maintain blood pressure going to the brain. If you stand too quickly, blood pressure can drop and cause dizziness, lightheadedness or fuzzy vision.
