I want to gain weight. I am skinny and short in height 5'5" and weight is 56 kgs. I am 19 years old and have started going to gym and I love fitness. I drink whey protein as supplement. My college is from 9: 30 am to 5: 30 am. I eat breakfast at 7: 00 and then the next eating at 1: 30 i. E. Lunch. I just wanna gain weight and build muscles. 1 important thing sir, I masturbate from childhood and the habit is less now but it is there in me now also i. E 1 or 2 times per day. What should I do sir? I will do whatever you tell for my health and body.
