For last one week I have having trouble swallowing, it's like I have to put more effort to swallow. Before that, due to irregular lifestyle I have severe acid reflux. I am on treatment for same. Now whenever I am going to eat I am afraid that I am going to aspirate. And sometimes I feel like some amount of food going into my trachea as well. And sometime I am satisfied with my swallowing and feel that it's going into my esophagus only. But I know we have protective mechanism of cough to rescue us from aspiration. Still having that feeling. I am 26 years male with no past medical history. Is there anything that can cause this kind of dysphagia and aspiration. Or it's just anxiety and fear. Kindly someone help me.
