My dad have a sugar level 250 and rapidly increasing and also taken medicine amaryl 1 mg 2 tablets due to high sugar and also he is a hepatitis c patient then what can I do now.

Also there is no mention of hba1c%, which gives an overall idea of long term control (or no control). High level means current treatment is not adequate, needs an upgrading with other drugs.
