Hii doctor. I am sufyan. I m suffering with acne problems and their left scars. These appeared first time before three months. I hv used some acne creams too. Here me in trouble abt all this. First of all, do not touch the acne with fingers & nails. These are related to hormonal changes, stress, nutritional deficiencies, obesity, excessive use/ recurrent changes in facial products, constipation, oily skin. Take lots of water and juicy, fibrous diet. If these are boils, i. E. Pimple growing slowly in many days, thick and leaving scars, you need proper treatment. Use multani mitti, besan, neem powder/ fresh leaves, a few lemon drops, rosewater, curd to make a paste. Apply 2 times a day to remove oilyness, dirt and germs from the face. This will help you a bit.
