I have gone through intense lower back pain from some days after lifting a heavy weight. Earlier, two times within one and a half year I experienced the same. I treated from one doctor, they prescribed medicine and fomenting and I recovered in two months. But again I am facing this issue after some months. What should I do now?

Mri of spine and avoid towards bending and lifting weight. Do hot fermentation twice a day and stretching exercise or strength exercise.
