Cetaphil gentle cleanser is giving me acne and pimples. I have combination skin and my c zone is sometimes dry & oily sometimes. What other cleansers/face washes I can use for my skin type?

Cetaphil gentle cleanser is not ideal for oily /combination skin types. I would suggest facewashes with mild aha/bha properties such as saslic or saslic-ds facewash, cetaphil os, ahaglow facewash etc.
