My wife is 45 days pregnant. From last 12 days there is changes in his body. Like tiredness, weakness,vomits etc. We give him three medicine 1.pantop d morning (once in a day for gastric) 2.tab.folvite once in a day after meal 3.tab.dexonate two times in a day (vomits) now the problem is she is tired enough and weak. She is not like to take food. She feels acridity (teekhapan) in mouth. When vomits fells like sour (khata) and scum (jhag. After vomits she is tired. Food not digested properly. Sometimes pain in body. Please suggest any medicine for digestion and interest in taking meals and also minimise tiredness and taste of mouth. She is taking medicine of tb (gland tb. It is from long time since january 2019 but not take medicine regular and leave medicine .we check again and found gland tb (some small knot in neck) and take medicine regular from last 38 days. Can suchtb medicine affects in pregnancy now or later. Can any abnormal change in baby after birth? Someone says wfb scan can we do now?

If she is not able to take oral food properly and feels very much tired, better to hospitalise her and give intravenous fluids. She willbe stable soon and will start taking normal food within 2 days.

Good evening. And congratulations. Don't worry about it. As she is taking so many medication, tb treatment, pregnancy medicines all that she's feeling weak and tired. -even in early pregnancy, it is common to have these symptoms. Ask her to continue taking the medication advised by your doctor. - take pantop and doxinate half and hour before food, it ll be effective. - doxinate can be taken 3 times also if nausea or vomiting. - in place of pantop, take syp sucral 3tkems a day. Before meal. - she can eat whatever food she likes, (all fruits, vegetables) but avoid spicy, masala, oily food which aggravate these symptoms. - drink plenty of water, coconut water, ors, or glucose water. Which helps in hydration. As vomiting causes dehydration leading to weakness, acidity, decrease appetite all that. - yes she can take tb treatment in pregnancy, no side effects to baby. Just once baby is delivered get tb test.- along with tb treatment 4 drugs, see should also take pyricontine tab (vit b6).- if you think she’s very weak, dehydrated please take her to hospital, might need saline injection.
