I have plaster in my right leg due to ankle and ligament tear. But accidentally water gets inside it. But the water is dry now but I feel little pain in ankle and itching around foot and like something is happening. So is there any problem or what to do now?

Yes it is fungal infection as water got it into the plaster, put some prickly heat power or nebasulf or any antimicrobial power to reduce the itching sensation. Do not scratch while itching it will become worse.
