I have a desk job & from last 12 days I feel piles like symptoms. Blood comes from anal place with stool in the morning for a minute or two. There is a small lump outside the anus which causes pain when touched. I have recently taken pilex tablets from himalayan. Kindly suggest some most effective drugs or ways to get cured.
