First of all improve your lifestyle. Sleep on time and get up on time to stop feeling lazy. Do not watch tv till late or chat till late night. This will hamper your metabolism and you will start feeling lazy. Start taking more nutritious food. Eat frequent healthy meals many times a day. Add fruits, vegetables, nuts and dairy to your diet. Eat oats, almonds and milk in morning. In afternoon, eat chapatis, daal, chawal, curd and salads in evening eat sprouts at night, eat paneer, roti and sabzi during bed time - have a glass of milk also, do exercise to challenge your body.
