Please I need your advice I went to a doctor and I asked him that I am interested in bodybuilding and I want to take a steroids cycle although my testosterone is very good since I am 22 years old and I want to try some anabolic steroids that have minimum side effects without shutting down my natural test harshly. So he prescribed me nebido 250 mg and I took the injection, I know that was a little bit implosive but my most important questions are: will that affect my natural testosterone in the long run- I mean after the treatment will my testicles continue to produce the natural test?-? After 3 months will my testosterone be as it was before? Will there be any testicular shrinkage during this cycle? Will I really gain muscle from that medicine? Will this only dosage hurt my prostate profoundly? Does this medicine have any aromatization side effects? If it does what I should take with it? Can I compound this with other medication to get better result in gaining muscle?

Seee my personal suggestion and request is never ever take any steroids unless or untill you are going through any surgery. Steroids directly affect impotency. You can follow vidyut jamwal, john abraham follow a good dietary advice take proper sleep keep active yourself shortcut way always impact -ve.

No you should not take steroids in any form. There are ways to build stamina/muscles. First of all you should change your eating habits like 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 2. Don't overeat 3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. U can eat whatever your mother or grandparent eat in bfast. I mean to say whatever is your traditional food. If punjabi eat paratha, if belongs to south then take idli/ dosa etc. 4. Have light meals every 2 hours (in addition to your breakfast, lunch n dinner) e.g. Nariyal paani, chaach, a handful of dry fruits, a handful of peanuts, seasonal fruit, a cup of curd/milk etc 5. Finish your dinner at least 2 hours before going to sleep. 6. Avoid fast foods n fried foods7.take a lot of green vegetables n fruit. 8. Drink lot of water9. Everyday preferably sleep on same time 10. Maintain active life style exercise in the form of yoga, cycling, swimming, gymming etc. Now about point no. 10. You should join a gym for weight training. Do it 2-3 times a week with at least 48 hours in between 2 sessions. On other days you can do cardio exercises. Take a banana and whey protein immediately after gym. You need to take whey protein (by whatever name it comes. But it should contain 80% whey protein in it. E.g. For 30 gms it should have atleast 24 grams (80%) of protein.) use it only on the day you gym (within 10 mins of exercise). Dose is 30gms.
