Whenever I raise my head or stand up after lying down, I usually feel light-headed and dizzy, my heart starts to beat fast and everywhere looks dark, this only lasts for seconds, i'm 18 and I have no underlying health condition i've also been having headache in different parts of my head and feeling some sensations in my head that lasts for few seconds ,this has been going on for a week.

Check your bp. It can be because of orthostatic hypotension also called postural hypotension. It is a form of low blood pressure that happens when you stand up from sitting or lying down. Orthostatic hypotension can make you feel dizzy or lightheaded, and maybe even cause you to faint.

May be due to postural hypotension you need to get yourself hydrated also whenever you wake up from lying ,first sit for minutes and then wake.
