Feeling pressure in the inner neck and upper part of the chest below adams apple (there is no pain in swallowing) just like someone is pressing with finger and also sometimes feeling little palpitation between the two collar bone. Can it be a gastro problem. I had taken azithromycin and pantoz dsr for 6 days but no effect.
