My fbs 90-105 nd p.p 130-165 mai vildapride m50/1000 bbf or night mai diamicron 30 mg le raha hoon kiya night dose jaida powerful hai kiya night dose reduce kar sakte hsi yea 2 month continue karu vildapride letha jab fasting 110-135 bich aita tha is liye night dose add kiya. please suggest. Diet or 45 minit daily exercise karti.

Your fasting is well controlled but pp is slightly higher advice you to switch medicines that's take diamicron in the morning before breakfast and vildapride 50/1000 after dinner as metformin (1000) if taken once a day it is better take either with or just after meals continue brisk walking (.about 120 steps per minute) for 45 minutes a day for atlest 5 days a week and there should not be a gap of more than 48 hours in between exercise days.
